How Veltix is designed to handle your data.

Veltix asks for a place on someone's body and a line to their family. It should be held to a high standard. These are the principles the product is being built to — and how this website behaves.

  • Only the people you name Alerts go to the contacts on your list. No one else is contacted, and the list is yours to change.

  • Location travels with alerts — not all day Your position is included so somebody can find you when an alert goes out. Veltix isn't built to give anyone a live map of your day.

  • Family Activity View only with your code A relative sees an activity overview only after you give them a one-time code. It shows movement, not location, and it can't control the Patch.

  • Processed in the EU Veltix is being built to be GDPR-compliant by design, on EU infrastructure, with data encrypted in transit and at rest.

  • Detection happens on the Patch Whether something looks like a fall is judged on the device — not by streaming a person's movements to a server.

  • As little as we can ask for Today the website collects a name, an email address and a role, because that is all the Early Access List needs.

This website

  • Necessary storage

Remembers your region and language if you choose one, and your cookie choices. Always on, and nothing else.

  • Statistics — only if you allow them

Help us see which pages and campaigns help families, for example how many people in Italy and the US read the story or join the Early Access List. We never send your name, email or anything about health to statistics tools.

  • Marketing measurement — only if you allow it

Lets ad platforms such as Meta or Google tell us whether a campaign worked. It is separate from statistics and off by default.

  • The Early Access List

When you join, we store your name, email, the role you chose, and the campaign or page that brought you here (for example the utm_campaign in a link), so we can write to you and learn which messages work.

This page describes principles, not a legal policy. The full Privacy Policy and Terms will be published before the first units ship. Until then, questions about your data can go to founders@veltix.health.
